• Submissions are officially closed for A New Hope Uncut & The Empire Strikes Back Uncut.

• Did StarWarsUncut.com really win an Emmy?
• Yes we did! The project humbly began on July 7th, 2009. Nine months later (April 2010), we received every single scene. The fully edited film was completed in June 2010, but it wasn't released online to the public until January 2012. Although we only needed 473 scenes to complete the film, we received almost 1,000 scenes total! We won a 2010 Primetime Emmy for Outstanding Creative Achievement In Interactive Media - Fiction. Many, many thanks to Annelise Pruitt, Jamie Wilkinson, Chad Pugh, the IMPG, the SWU team and of course, all the amazing participants for making this possible.
